Therapy Options

Individual, couple and family therapy are currently offered. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to each client and include elements of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family System (IFS) and The Gottman Method.

Sessions & Fees

Therapy sessions run 45-50 minutes in length and are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Fees range from $160 - $200 per session. Session fees for individual therapy are reimbursable by most insurance plans on an out-of-network basis.
